1. What are your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in normal export cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after receiving your authorization letters.
2. How is the loading handled for LCL shipments?
The external packing is a standard carton, and every seat inside is packed in a plastic bag. For LCL (Less than Container Load), we recommend palletizing; one pallet can typically load 10-12 cartons.
3. What are your payment and delivery terms?
We accept T/T 30% as deposit and 70% before delivery. We provide photos of the products and packages before final payment. Available delivery terms include EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP.
4. How long is the delivery time?
Generally, it takes 10 to 15 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific timeframe depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
5. Can you produce items based on samples?
Yes, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings. We are also capable of building the necessary molds and fixtures.
6. How is the product quality guaranteed?
We have passed CE certification for our seat models. As a professional manufacturer, we maintain a strict management system for quality control and perform 100% testing before delivery.
