Turn off the wheelchair first (ensure joystick lamps are off). Use only original chargers. Charging takes 5-8 hours until the lamp turns green. It is normal for the charger to become warm during the process.
Is it difficult to fold up for transport?
No, simply lift the feet part to the top and it folds. We also offer an "Automatic open and fold" version for users who prefer more assistance.
Can I take this electric wheelchair on an airplane?
Yes, all of our powerchairs are airline friendly. We provide all necessary specifications via email for you to submit to your airline.
What is the material and durability of the tires?
The front tires are wear-resistant solid PU. The back tires are inflatable and wear-resistant, with rubber solid tire options also available.
Does the wheelchair come with a warranty?
All products include a comprehensive 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing faults, including the batteries.
Must I remove the battery to fold the chair?
