What are your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in normal export cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
How is the loading handled for LCL shipments?
The external packing is a standard carton, and every seat inside is packed by a plastic bag. For LCL, we recommend pallet packing; one pallet can load 10-12 cartons.
What are your payment and delivery terms?
We accept T/T 30% as deposit and 70% before delivery. Our delivery terms include EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP.
Do you test the products before delivery?
Yes, we perform 100% testing on all goods before they are dispatched to ensure quality standards.
What is the typical delivery time?
Generally, it takes 10 to 15 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
