We conduct strict quality control throughout every stage of the production process, including raw material stamping, bending, forming, and welding. Notably, our welding operations have evolved from traditional manual work to an advanced model that combines intelligent machine welding with manual touch-up welding-ensuring both efficiency and precision. All frontline production workers boast more than 10 years of hands-on experience, laying a solid foundation for product excellence with their proficient skills.
After the final assembly, we conduct comprehensive quality inspections: these include testing core performance indicators such as braking distance and turning radius, as well as carrying out practical scenario tests, covering flat roads, slopes, ditch crossings, and ridge climbing. These tests fully verify the wheelchair's speed stability and noise levels, guaranteeing that every unit meets rigorous quality standards. Our monthly production capacity reaches 6,000 units, enabling us to steadily meet market demand.
